A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 namely Branch Manager Bank of Baroda, branch Pahadpur, District Rampur that loan was taken by the petitioner from Bank of Baroda, Plot No. 42, Sector 5 Sidcul Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar, 263153 (Uttrakhand), therefore, the writ petition is not at all maintainable before this Court.
After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Uttrakhand High Court.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
