Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having perused the prayer made in the representation dated 02.12.2021 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition), I find, omnibus declaration has been sought on nebulous grounds and frugal facts. Inasmuch as no specific relief has been prayed as may be found referable to any statutory provision, the direction sought upon respondent no.3 is declined. It is however left open to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum under the appropriate law, if any grievance exists or may be perceived to exist by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the present petition stands disposed of .
