By the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to restrain the placing of electric line over the agricultural land of the petitioner, bearing khata No. 58, khasra nos. 189, 432, 435 and 438, measuring area 0.6920 hectare situated in village and post Chitauli, tehsil and district-Hapur within stipulated time framed by this Court.
For the remedy, prayed for by the petitioner, is available to him under Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
After arguments at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw this petition to avail such remedy that may be available to him under law.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
