According to the petitioner, his wife is eligible to be appointed as fair price shop agent on compassionate application on account of death of the petitioner's father.
Since the petitioner's wife is not a petitioner in this writ petition, no relief can be granted, at present.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner's wife to apply for compassionate appointment, if so advised. That application if filed maybe dealt with on its own merits.
