In compliance of the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by the Court, respondent no. 4, Deputy Director Agriculture, Ballia is present in the Court.
Learned Standing Counsel has informed that disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner have been concluded. He undertakes to serve the copy of the final order passed by the District Magistrate, Ballia to the learned counsel for the petitioner during course of the day.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the inquiry has been concluded, therefore, the petition has lost is efficacy.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
