By means of present petition, the petitioner has challenged orders dated 31.11.2019 passed by respondent No.2, appellate orders dated 28.6.2018 and 8.5.2018 and orders dated 9.9.2016 and 27.6.2017.
On a preliminary objection being raised by learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a revision before the competent authority.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as payed for.
