In pursuance of the order dated 18.4.2022 two demand drafts of Rs. 70,922/- and Rs. 39,790/respectively are produced before the court.The demand draft numbers are 183190 and 183192.The demand drafts have been handedover to Shri Prakash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The demand drafts have been produced by Shri Arjun Prasad Yadav, learned Standing Counsel (M.D.M.A). Learned counsel for the petitioner will issue receipt of the demand draft to Shri Arjun Prasad Yadav, learned standing counsel within the course of the day.
In view of the above the petition is disposed of.
In case there is any shortfall in the amount paid by the respondent, petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance before the authority concerned.
