Shri Kshitij Shailendra , learned counsel for the University has filed short counter afÏdavit wherein it has been stated that period of submissions of Ph.D. Thesis has been extend upto 30.6.2022.
In view of the above, no order is required to be passed in the petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
