The petitioner on the basis of a transfer order dated 12.7.2019 has, as per the instructions filed by the learned Standing Counsel, joined on 30.12.2021. The instructions be kept on record.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.7.2019, he may represent before the Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), Police Head Quarter, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

In the event, a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Additional Director General of Police (Establishment), Police Head Quarter, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow along with a certified copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
