The petitioner who is a ward-boy is aggrieved by the order dated 29.10.2021 by which he has been transferred from the OPD to the private wards of the trauma building.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner who is 50% handicapped should not be posted in trauma centre as that would be detrimental not only for the petitioner but also for the trauma patients. In this regard the petitioner has represented before the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah on 22.10.2021.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation which the petitioner has filed on 22.10.2021 be decided by the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. It is provided that till the decision of the representation, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
