For the payment of retiral dues, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by means of Writ-A No.5051 of 2021 and on 28.7.2021, the following order was passed:-
"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Piyush Shukla, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for release of retiral dues, shall be attended to and disposed of with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
Petition stands disposed of."
No further order is required to be passed in view of the order which has been passed on 28.7.2021. The petitioner may pursue his remedy before the Authority concerned.
With these observations, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
