Earlier the petitioner's services were done away with while she was working as Aganbadi Sahaika. She had filed a writ petition being Writ A No. 43111 of 2014 (Smt. Usha Devi vs. State of U.P. and Others). Now when the fresh advertisement has been issued, the petitioner has prayed that her candidature be considered.
It is always open for the petitioner to apply afresh. No writ of mandamus is required to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner.
With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
