Heard Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel representing respondent nos.1 and 2; Sri Bharat Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.6.

The petitioner was denied training in Special B.T.C-2009 on the ground that her B.Ed., Special Education Degree is not recognized.

Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.6, on the basis of instructions, received from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly through its Registrar, has made a statement that B.Ed. Special Education is equivalent to the B.Ed course conducted by the aforesaid University.

In view of the above instructions, the writ petition deserves to be allowed.

The order dated 04.02.2015 passed by respondent no.4, Principal, District Institute of Education & Training, District Etawah is hereby quashed.

Respondents are directed to accept the candidature of the petitioner for the purpose of training in B.T.C. Petitioner will be given training in any on-going training course or in a course, which may be conducted in future, if no training is on-going.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands allowed.
