Inasmuch as the petitioner has filed Writ A No.8409 of 2022 (Santosh Kumar Singh Vs State of U.P. & 5 Others) to question the declaration of ineligibility of the petitioner, to the promotion on the post of clerk, the present petition filed to challenge the consequential advertisement to make a direct recruitment on the post of clerk, is found to be misconceived.
The relief which the petitioner seeks by way of the present petition may remain available to him by filing appropriate amendment application in the above pending petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed .
