Union of India and 3 others, passed in Writ Petition No.9673 of 2021 along with other connected matters.
Statement made in that regard is not objected by Sri P.D. Tripathi appearing for the respondents.
The controversy being identical, this writ petition is also disposed off in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
