No good ground is made out to review the judgment and order dated 21.6.2021, inasmuch as no error apparent on the face of record is shown. Even otherwise the applicant appears to have taken advantage of the judgment dated 21.6.2021 and despite the undertaking he has not vacated the premises. In such circumstances, no interference is even otherwise warranted.
Review application, accordingly, is dismissed.
