Perusal of letter dated 20.11.2021 contained in Annexure No. 3 of the petition, shows that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected by respondent no. 5 and the petitioner has not assailed the said order in this petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the said order.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
