On 24.03.2021 this Court had passed an order granting a week's time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file an amendment application for converting the writ petition as having been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 26.07.2021 and 22.09.2021, on both of which dates, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Again on 30.11.2021, the case was listed and it was passed over on the illness of learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the petition has not been amended till date.
Today, when the case has been called out even in the revised call, nobody is present to press the petition.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
