Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari to quash office memo dated 30.6.2022 whereby the petitioner who has been working as Assistant Nursing Superintendent has been transferred from T.B. Sapru Hospital, Prayagraj to 100 Bed Facility Hospital, Bhadohi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost her husband six months age. She has several other engagements at Prayagraj and she is also suffering from mental trauma. Therefore, the impugned transfer order is liable to be set aside.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner is posted at Prayagraj for the last 33 years and therefore, no indulgence may be given to the petitioner.
On due consideration to the argument advanced and perusal of the record as also the fact that the petitioner is posted at Prayagraj for the last 33 years, no case for interference is made out in the impugned transfer order.
The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
