Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the appellant on this application for transfer whereby it has been prayed that the proceedings of Case No.21322 of 2021 State of U.P. versus Madhav and others arising out of case crime No.181 of 2021 under sections 307, 504, 506 and 34 I.P.C., P.S. Hathras Kotwali, district Hathras pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras to any other court othar than Hathras.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
