By means of present application, the applicant has prayed for transfer of Crl. Case No.37451 of 2017 State versus Siraj Ahmad and others arising out of case crime No387 of 2016, pending in the court of ACMM-VII Kanur Nagar to some other court of adjacent district.
Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petition/application has become infructuous by efflux of time.
The application is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
