This special appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule-5 of the High Court Rules challenges an order dated 01-09-2009, whereby learned Single Judge of this court while allowing the Writ Petition No. 4795(M/S) of 2009, had directed the appellant to take admission of respondent no. 1-petitioner in Class-VI in the year 2009.
This court vide order dated 17-09-2019 had stayed the said order dated 01-09-2009 passed by the learned Single Judge of this court. Thus, by efflux of time, this special appeal appears to have lost its efficacy, which is hereby dismissed.
