This special appeal challenges the order dated 25.7.2000 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 5740 (S/S) of 1987 whereby the claim of the petitioner in relation to treating him to have worked from 1.3.1980 till 3.6.1986 and to pay him a sum of Rs.64,500/- has not been acceded. The learned Single Judge has based the judgment under appeal on a Division Bench judgment of this court.
Even nothing has been brought on record in this special appeal which may persuade us to take a view different than the view taken by the learned Single Judge.
Accordingly, special appeal is hereby dismissed .
