This Special Appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Rules of the Court challenges the order dated 25.11.2005, passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant-petitioner, namely, Writ Petition No.7663(SS) of 2005, has been dismissed.
The prayer made in the writ petition was that the respondentBank may be directed to engage him on contract basis for the reason that he had worked for sometime.
Learned Single Judge while considering the aforesaid prayer has returned the finding in the order under appeal before us that in the establishment of Bank there is no such provision which permit engagement of employee on contract basis.
Nothing has been brought on record on this Special Appeal by the appellant which may persuade us to take the view different from the view taken by the learned Single Judge.
The Special Appeal is, thus, dismissed.
