This special appeal by Dental Council of India under Chapter VIII, Rule 5 of the Rules of the Court has been preferred against an interlocutory order dated 30.5.2005 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 3404 (M/S) of 2005.
Admittedly, the special appeal against an interlocutory order is not maintainable.
Even otherwise we have been informed that the writ petition itself has been finally decided by means of an order dated 21.9.2007 by learned Single Judge.
Accordingly, this special appeal is dismissed.
