This special appeal under Chapter VIII, Rule 5 of the Rules of the Court was filed against an order dated 9.12.2005 whereby learned Single Judge refused the prayer for interim relief. Admittedly special against an interlocutory order is not maintainable. Further it has been informed that the writ petition itself has been finally disposed of by means of an order dated 4.4.2020.
Accordingly, the special appeal is hereby dismissed.
