Pursuant to the order dated 17.08.2022, the Child Welfare Committee, Kanpur Nagar, has filed a report dated 30.08.2022, wherein, finding has been returned that the victim is a minor and as per Scholar Register and Transfer Certificate form, her date of birth recorded is 12.06.2006.
On being confronted with the report the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
