Sri Ashutosh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present habeas corpus writ petition has rendered infructuous as Ms. Disha Singh (corpus) has joined the company of her husband and as such learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present habeas corpus writ petition.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
