The present criminal revision is being preferred assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 04.12.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh whereby Rs. 7000/- per month was fixed by way of intrim maintenance.
I do not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order.
However, it is expected that case no. 2046 of 2019 (Anjali Vs. Puneet Solanki) under Section 125 Cr.P.C.,P.S. Jawan, District Aligarh may be decided by the Prinipal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh latest by 31.10.2022.
It is expected from both the parties that they shall render their fullest cooperation and would not seek adjournments.
With this observation, the present criminal revision disposed of.
