This habeas corpus writ petition has been filed with the allegation that the corpus Meena has been detained in custody contrary to her wishes.
Learned A.G.A. points out that the victim is a minor and pursuant to the orders passed by the competent authority she has been released in the custody of her mother.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to dispute such facts. In that view of the matter no further orders in the present petition is required to be passed. It is, accordingly, consigned to records.
