Prayer made to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No.0033 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 120-B IPC and under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Barhaj, District-Deoria does not require any consideration in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded with submission of closure report in the matter.
Shri Munna Tiwari, Advocate appearing for the informant-wife also states that the parties have resolved the differences.
