This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. Appellant No. 1 to 4 will get Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees On Lakh and Fifty Thousand only), in addition to the awarded amount, in full & final satisfaction of their claim from respondent No.3 (United India Insurance Company Limited). The respondent No.3 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
