We have heard Sri Raj Kumar appearing for the respondents.
It appears that the appellants have challenged what can be said to be grant of interim relief in favour of the respondents. While entertaining this appeal, this Court admitted the matter but has not granted any interim order and, therefore, also may be the Counsel for the appellants is remaining absent.
Learned Counsel for the appellants has remained absent on 15.3.2022. The matter was adjourned at his request way back in the year 2015. It appears that the appellants might have lost interest in this litigation in the High Court.
We, therefore, dismiss this appeal for default.

We request the court below to expedite the Suit after hearing all the parties.
