This is one of the matters which are segregated by the Computer Division in the heading that matters have become infructuous as the trial is already over.
This matter has outlived its purpose. The reason being the matter was filed when the trial was pending, but now the trial has either culminated into acquittal/conviction and the office has submitted that appeals are preferred for challenging the same.
In that view of the matter, this matter is disposed of as having become infructuous.
Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.
However, to be on safer side, if the counsel, who represent the petitioners or the respondents, have any grievance, they may file a note within four weeks from today for revival of this matter, if the cause still survives and has been wrongly mentioned in the caption.
