The present criminal revision is being targeted against the judgment and order dated 18.12.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge(D.A.A), Buduan passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.838 of 2021 under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station-Bisauli, District-Budaun.
I have perused the material available on record and there is a settled principal of law against the revisionist in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P., reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 and the revisionist has got a remedy to file a complaint. If so advised, the revisionist may file complaint case which shall be decided by the court concerned within next four months from the date of its filing on merits.
With the aforesaid observations, the present revision stands disposed of.
