This criminal revision under Section 401 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order and judgment dated 15.2.1997 passed in Criminal Appeal No.13 of 1996, Rajendra Vs.State of U.P. under Sections 379, 411 and 457 I.P.C. confirming the judgment and order dated 24.4.1996 in Criminal Case No.1144 of 1996, Crime No.73 of 1983, State of U.P. Vs. Rajendra under Sections 379, 411 and 457 I.P.C., Police Station-Phaphood districtEtawah convicting the revisionist under section 411 I.P.C. for one year simple imprisonment along with fine of Rs. 1000/failing which three month conviction more.

Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
