By impugned order, these courts have acquitted opposite party no. 2, Prem Pal Singh of the charge u/s 198-क (2) of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.
During the pendency of appeal, opposite party no. 2, Prem Pal Singh has died.
Since acquitted-accused, Prem Pal Singh has died, criminal proceedings against him is abated.
The revision has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
