This criminal revision has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 14.03.2022 passed by Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Prayagraj and order dated 01.04.2022 passed by Additional Special Judge (POCSO Act), Allahabad in Criminal Appeal No.35 of 2022 affirming the order of J. J. Board declining bail to the juvenile in case crime no.376 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366 and 507 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Utraon, District Prayagraj.

1. As per prosecution case, daughter of informant disappeared from her house at 5.00 A.M. on 17.11.2022. Members of her family searched for her but could not find her whereabouts. Therefore, an F.I.R. under Sections 363 and 507 I.P.C was lodged on 30.11.2021 against unknown persons. The girl came back to her house on her own along with the minor accused person. Her statements under Sections 161 Cr.P.C. and 164 Cr.P.C. were recorded and her medical examination was also done. After collection of evidence a chargesheet under Sections 363, 366 and 507 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act was submitted.
