It appears from the record that appellant- Jhagru, has preferred a regular Criminal Appeal No.765 of 1985 through his counsel Shri Mridul Rakesh against the same judgment and order dated 30.09.1985 passed by the trial Court.
As connected Criminal Appeal No. 765 of 1985 and present Jail Appeal No. 651 of 1988 preferred by the convict/ appellant- Jhagru arise out of the common judgment and order dated 30.09.1985, therefore, we deem it appropriate to consign Jail Appeal No. 651 of 1988 to records, with liberty to the appellant- Jhagru to pursue his Criminal Appeal No.765 of 1985, which he has preferred through his counsel Shri Mridul Rakesh.
In view of the aforesaid, Jail Appeal No. 651 of 1988 is consigned to records.
Office is directed to delink Jail Appeal No. 651 of 1988 from Criminal Appeal No. 765 of 1985.
