The grievance is that pursuant to the F.I.R. investigation is not being conducted and the investigation is not concluded despite expiry of sufficient time in the Case Crime No.0506 of 2021, Under Section 376-D, 354-Kha, 147, 452, 341, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Kurawali, District-Mainpuri.
Pursuance to the orders passed by us on 07.02.2022 learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions, according to which the charge sheet has already been filed in the matter on 13.12.2021.
Since the charge sheet has already been submitted and the investigation has been concluded no further order in the matter are required to be passed by us.
This petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
