This petition is filed for quashing of the First Information Report in Case Crime No.814 of 2021, under Sections 143, 323, 504, 506, 294, 254 of IPC, and Section 7/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police StationPunwaya, District-Shahjahanpur.
Learned A.G.A. submitted that charge sheet has been sent to the concerned court on 02.10.2021.
Since the investigation has already been concluded therefore the remedy to the petitioner would be to challenge the charge sheet in an appropriate proceedings. No further adjudication is required in the present petition.
This petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
