Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 09.03.2022 being Case Crime No.0040 of 2022 under Sections 147, 323 IPC P.S. Anpara, Distt. Sonbhadra and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter fair investigation has already been ensured and police report has been forwarded to the competent Court on 04.05.2022 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
