The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 16.05.2022 registered as Case Crime no.0073/2022 under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 354Kha IPC and Section 3(1)Da, 3(1)Dha of SC/ST Act, P.S. Rakabganj, District Agra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
