At the very outset, learned AGA states that consequent to the first information report impugned in this writ petitioner after investigation a charge-sheet has been filed against all the petitioners on 13.01.2022 being Charge Sheet No. AO2/2022.
In view of the statement made which is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
