At the time when the matter is taken up Ms. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. informs that the closure report has already been submitted in the matter on 26.08.2021.
In view of above, no further grievance survives to the petitioners.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue their remedy in accordance with law.
