Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.3692 of 2022 has also been entertained against the same FIR which is liable to be quashed.
Learned A.G.A. points out that a closure report has already been submitted after conclusion of investigation in the matter on 07.04.2022 and the Investigating Officer has also recommended for appropriate action for lodging the false report.
Since the investigation has already been concluded and closure report has been submitted, we do not find any justifiable apprehensions on the part of the petitioner to intervene in the matter.
Consequently, the petition stands disposed off.
