By means of the present petition, the petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 02.03.2022 passed by the learned court of Commissioner, Meerut in Appeal Case No.24 of 2022(under section 6 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 as well as impugned order dated 28.12.2021 passed by learned court of Additional, District Magistrate(Administration), Meerut in case no.2267 of 2021 under section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.
I have perused the order impugned as well as judgment cited by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Pawan Vs. State of U.P..
After perusal of the impugned orders, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order itself.
Accordingly, the present writ petition lacks merit and accordingly, stands dismissed.
