Heard Sri Chandra Jeet Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the order passed by Commissioner, Meerut, Division, Meerut confirming the order of the axternment passed by the District Magistrate Hapur, under section 3/4 U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 dated 29.10.2021.
During the pendency of the case the petitioner has served out and complied with the externment order and as such the appeal is to have been dismissed.
Consequently this Criminal Misc. Writ Petition is of more of a academic value as after serving out the orders of externment.
The present writ petition looses its efficacy, accordingly dismissed.
