This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to transfer the investigation of F.I.R. No.358 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 308, 304 I.P.C., Police Station Mohanganj, District Amethi and for fair and impartial investigation of the case.
Shri Naveen Mishra, learned brief holder appearing for the respondent State informed the court that against Imran, respondent no.4, chargesheet has been submitted whereas names of other accused/private respondents have been dropped vide police report dated 15.2.2022, hence the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
