This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers :-
"i). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R., registered by opposite party no.5, at F.I.R. No.359 of 2019, Under Sections 457, 366, 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C. on 18.9.2019 at Police Station Manjhila, District Hardoi, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
ii). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties not to proceed, prosecute, or arrest the petitioners on the basis of the impugned F.I.R. registered by opposite part no.5, at F.I.R.No.359 of 2019, Under Sections 457, 366, 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C. on 18.9.2019 at Police Station Manjhila, District Hardoi, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition."

However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
